Delivery of the service
Your account and free trial are available immediately after sign-up. A paid plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Invoices are e-mailed and available in your dashboard.
If activation is delayed
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@merciglobal.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
Orders from stores built on Merci Sites
Physical products sold by stores on Merci Sites are shipped by those sellers, under their own shipping policies shown on their websites. Contact the seller directly about delivery.
