This policy explains how Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd handles personal data on Merci Sites. It covers two groups: our customers (people who sign up), and visitors to websites built on Merci Sites.
What we collect from customers
- Account details: name, e-mail, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name, GSTIN and address.
- Billing records: plans, payments and invoices. Card and bank details are handled by Cashfree; we never see them.
- Usage data: pages visited in the dashboard, actions taken, IP address and browser, used for security and support.
Visitors to customer websites
Each website owner decides what their forms collect (for example name, phone and message) and is responsible for those details. We process them on the owner's behalf only to deliver the website's features, such as sending enquiries to the owner. We count visits in aggregate without advertising trackers. Owners may add their own analytics, which they must disclose.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, process payments and issue GST invoices, send service e-mails (verification, receipts, reminders), answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
With service providers that help us run Merci Sites (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processing, AI text tools when you use them), only as needed and under confidentiality. With authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers we manage. Account data is kept while your account is active and for the periods described in our terms; invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Backups are kept for 30 days.
Your choices
You can update your details in the dashboard, export your data, and delete your account. To ask about your data, write to support@merciglobal.com.
Cookies
