This policy covers payments made to Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd for Merci Sites plans. Purchases from stores built on Merci Sites are governed by each store's own policies.
Try before you pay
Every account starts with a free trial, so you can build and publish your website before paying anything.
Cancellation
Plans do not renew automatically. To cancel, simply do not renew; your site stays active until the end of the paid period. You may also delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
Refunds
- If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a failed payment, we refund the extra amount in full.
- If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and have not connected a custom domain, we refund the plan amount. GST is refunded or adjusted as the law allows.
- Renewals, upgrades after the first 7 days and partially used periods are not refunded, except where required by law.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Write to support@merciglobal.com with your registered e-mail and invoice number.
