Store features are part of the Store and Agency plans (and the free trial).
Store details
In Admin → Store → Settings, enter your GSTIN, legal name, address and state. Choose whether your prices include GST.
Products
Add products with photos, price, stock, SKU, HSN code and GST rate. Use variants for size, colour or fabric. You can import and export products with Excel or CSV and update prices in bulk.
Payments
- Online: connect your own Cashfree account by entering your API keys. Keys are stored encrypted, and money settles directly to you.
- Cash on delivery: switch it on and optionally add a COD fee.
- UPI or bank transfer: show your UPI ID or bank details; customers upload a payment screenshot that you approve.
Shipping
Choose a flat rate, weight slabs or pincode zones, and optionally free delivery above an order value. You can also turn on a pincode check at checkout.
Orders
Orders move through Placed, Confirmed, Packed, Shipped and Delivered (or Cancelled / Returned). Add a courier and tracking number, and print the invoice and packing slip from the order page.
