Only the account owner can delete an account.
Before you delete
- Export your data if you may need it later.
- If you connected your own domain, point its DNS records elsewhere.
- Paid time remaining on your plan is not refunded on deletion; see our refund policy.
How to delete
Go to Account → Delete account, type your account name to confirm and press Delete account. Your websites go offline immediately and the account is scheduled for deletion after a grace period shown on screen. During that period you can cancel the deletion from the same page.
After the grace period, your sites, content, media and team logins are permanently deleted. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.
