Bookings are part of the Business, Store and Agency plans (and the free trial).
Set up
- In Admin → Bookings → Services, mark the services that can be booked and set their duration and price.
- Add staff if customers should choose a person, and set each person's working hours.
- Add holidays and buffer time between appointments.
- Choose automatic or manual confirmation.
What customers see
A booking page where they pick a service, a date, an available slot and optionally a staff member. Slots already taken or outside working hours never show.
Reminders and payments
Customers get a confirmation e-mail and a reminder before the visit (24 hours by default). You can ask for an advance payment through your own payment gateway.
